Our Story
Folk Experience LLP was born from a simple idea, that India’s stories should not be forgotten; they should be lived.
What began as a research-led initiative to document India’s folklore and living traditions soon evolved into a movement to connect travelers with the country’s cultural heartbeat.
From village fairs in Jammu to royal crafts in Rajasthan, we partner with local custodians of culture, the artists, singers, monks, and artisans who have preserved India’s heritage for centuries.
Every journey we offer is a way to ensure that their stories and their livelihoods continue to thrive in the modern world.
